CALIFORNIA SUPERIOR COURT, COUNTY OF MONO COMPLAINT / FEEDBACK PROCEDURE Pursuant to Mono County Superior Court general order 11-01 (Complaint resolution procedure for Family Law Facilitator) all complaints regarding the Family Law Facilitator/Self-Help Center shall be in writing and may be submitted to the Family Law Facilitator/Self-Help Center for submission to the Court Executive Officer of the Superior Court of Mono County or submitted directly to the Court Executive Officer in the Administration Division. A complaint form (available from the Family Law Facilitator office, court customer service counters, or online) may be utilized for this purpose. Additionally, the details of the complaint may be contained in letter format. Complaints may be submitted using one of the following methods: 1. Mailed to: Court Executive Officer Mono County Superior Court PO Box 1037 Mammoth Lakes, CA 93546 2. Email: Form may be downloaded at https://www.mono.courts.ca.gov/selfhelp/index.htm Email to: feedback@mono.courts.ca.gov 3.
