Exhibits for Trial (Court or Jury) If you will have exhibits for trial, you must use the Court exhibit list. It must be filled out with all exhibits and their descriptions. If you have 5 different exhibits under one number and they are all different, please make sure that they are labeled, 2a, 2b and so forth. If it’s just one big exhibit than it shall just be numbered as such with just one number
