Effective December 9, 2024, the following changes will take effect: • Law and Motion matters calendared in Department 302 will be split between Department 301 and 302, as follows: o Even-numbered cases will remain in Department 302; and o Odd-numbered cases will be reassigned to Department 301. • Discovery-calendared matters will no longer be heard in Department 525 and will be reassigned as follows: o Department 301 – Odd-numbered cases; and o Department 302 – Even-numbered cases. Please refer to the Court’s website for the name of the judge presiding over the calendars listed in this notice and for more information. ###
