Beginning January 5, 2026, Asset Forfeiture cases will be heard on the first Monday of the month at 1:30pm in Courtroom J3. Beginning January 5, 2026, Deadly Weapons (W&I 8102 / 8103 ) cases including Requests to Challenge Disqualified Persons will be heard on Monday afternoons at 1:30pm in Courtroom J3. Filings on the above case types must be submitted to the Civil Clerk’s Office at the Hall of Justice in Ventura (800 S. Victoria Ave Ventura, CA 93009). Filings will not be accepted at the Juvenile Justice Center in Oxnard. Remote appearance information will be posted in a separate notice on the Court’s website.
