Every non-exempt new Circuit Civil or County Civil case in Palm Beach is auto-assigned to one of four differentiated case-management tracks, each with a fixed disposition window measured from service on the last defendant or 120 days after commencement.

The Fifteenth Circuit's Civil Differentiated Case Management plan (AO 3.110) assigns every non-exempt newly filed Circuit Civil or County Civil case to a track through an automatically generated Uniform Differentiated Case Management Order and Order Setting Trial ("DCMO"), which also schedules Calendar Call and assigns a trial period. The four tracks and their disposition windows are: • GENERAL — Circuit Civil JURY cases. Disposition within 18 months after service on the last defendant or 120 days after commencement of the action. • STREAMLINED — Circuit Civil NON-JURY cases AND County Civil JURY cases. Disposition within 12 months after service on the last defendant or 120 days after commencement. • EXPEDITED — Circuit Civil FORECLOSURE cases: disposition within 12 months after service on the last defendant or 120 days after commencement. County Civil NON-JURY cases: disposition within 9 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF FILING (a filing-date clock, not a service clock — the only track measured this way). • COMPLEX — disposition within 30 months after service on the last defendant or 120 days after commencement. Cases are NOT automatically designated Complex; a motion and a court order are required. The case is expected to be trial-ready by the Calendar Call date set in the DCMO. Cases pending before January 1, 2025 are expected to comply with any current DCMO or trial order; if an eligible case has no current DCMO, the Court will issue one. Track-specific order forms are published by name: Circuit Civil DCMGJT (General), DCMSNT (Streamlined), DCMENT (Expedited); County Civil DCMSJT (Streamlined), DCMET (Expedited).
