Verbatim from the operative section, harvested 2026-08-02; whitespace normalised only. • Following September 1, 2010, any Division “B” criminal cases that are continued to or beyond January 3, 2011, shall be randomly assigned by the Clerk of Court to the remaining felony criminal divisions and placed on the next scheduled VOP or docket day (as the case may be) for the newly assigned division. Since many of these continuances may occur in open court, the Clerk shall develop a system to randomly assign cases from the courtroom. • Effective January 3, 2011, Division “B” of the Circuit Court shall be collapsed and any remaining criminal cases in Division “B” shall be randomly assigned by the Clerk of Court to the remaining felony criminal divisions and placed on the next scheduled docket day for the newly assigned division. • Effective January 3, 2011, Division “O” of the Juvenile Division of the Circuit Court shall be collapsed and any remaining juvenile cases in Division “O” shall be assigned by the Clerk of Court to the remaining juvenile divisions and placed on the court docket for the newly assigned division as directed by the judges of the juvenile court.
