• Effective December 9, 2016 County Court Division III will be collapsed as a criminal* division and shall be assigned county civil cases as outlined herein. * Those criminal cases set for trial in Division III during the weeks of December 12, 2016 and December 19, 2016 shall remain set for trial in Division III. The referenced Division III criminal cases will be reassigned at the conclusion of the December 12 and December 19 trial cycles if not disposed of at trial. • The Division III County Judge shall preside over all hearings held in Century, Escambia County, Florida as scheduled.
