Only sentences containing mandatory language (shall, must, may not, no later than, within N) are reproduced — the full document is in custody and is the controlling text. • All Grand Juries existing in the First Judicial Circuit at the entry of this order shall be adjourned and desist effective December 31, 2013. 2. • Effective January 1, 2014 all Grand Juries in the First Judicial Circuit shall be appointed for a six (6) month term. 3. • Pursuant to the provisions of section 905.01(3), each County within the First Judicial Circuit shall impanel a Grand Jury during the first two weeks in January and the first two weeks in July to serve for a six (6) month term.
All Grand Juries existing in the First Judicial Circuit at the entry of this order shall be adjourned and desist effective December 31, 2013. 2.
