Only sentences containing mandatory language (shall, must, may not, no later than, within N) are reproduced — the full document is in custody and is the controlling text. • This order shall supercede any and all instructions, directives, and orders on the subject of residential foreclosure cases which remain in force and in use within Okaloosa County. 2. • Effective upon entry of this order, all open and re-opened residential mortgage foreclosure cases shall be reassigned by the Clerk of Court to the divisions of original assignment prior to the creation of Division “W.” 3. • Cases currently set for hearing in Okaloosa’s Division “W” shall remain on the calendar and heard in Division “W” but shall be included in the reassignment process ordered in Paragraph “2.” of this order. • Any future hearings on the cases currently set in Division “W” shall be heard before the assigned division judge. 4. • Upon entry of this order, no additional residential mortgage foreclosure cases shall be set in Division “W.” 5. • All new residential mortgage foreclosure cases shall be assigned in random manner to current circuit civil divisions. 6. • The Foreclosure Case Manager in the employ of Court Administration and assigned -- 1 of 2 -- to Division “W” Okaloosa County shall cease services to foreclosure cases effective July 13, 2018.
