Only sentences containing mandatory language (shall, must, may not, no later than, within N) are reproduced — the full document is in custody and is the controlling text. • EXCUSALS OF JURORS FOR THE COURTS OF ESCAMBIA COUNTY WHEREAS, the Chief Judge of the First Judicial Circuit of Florida has assigned the Jury Clerk’s Office of the Clerk of the Circuit and County Courts of Escambia County, Florida, the duty of excusing prospective jurors when requests to be excused from jury service are received, and WHEREAS, certain guidelines must be followed in the excusing of such prospective jurors, it is ORDERED that the Jury Clerk’s Office of the Clerk of the Circuit and County Courts of Escambia County, Florida, shall handle requests for excusal from jury service by prospective jurors of venires called for service after January 1, 1980, in the manner set forth in the attached memorandum until further directive of the courts.
