Only sentences containing mandatory language (shall, must, may not, no later than, within N) are reproduced — the full document is in custody and is the controlling text. • MINUTE SHEETS FOR PRETRIAL SERVICES AND WORK RELEASE WHEREAS, the Florida Statutes have given the courts the discretion to require pretrial supervision as a condition of a bond or to allow work release on an incarcerative sentence; and WHEREAS, defendants in this county are sentenced or their bonds are reduced with requirements for pretrial supervision or work release; and WHEREAS, it is necessary for the proper and efficient administration of justice for Pretrial Services and Work Release to timely receive the minute sheets from circuit court, which reflect the names of the defendants whom the court has ordered into these programs; it is ORDERED that the Okaloosa County Jail is hereby ordered to make a copy, within 24 hours of the return of the inmate to the Okaloosa County Jail, of the minute sheets of any individual who has been ordered into pretrial or work release supervision. • The copy of the minute sheet shall be placed in the Pretrial Services correspondence box located at the Okaloosa County Jail.
