Only sentences containing mandatory language (shall, must, may not, no later than, within N) are reproduced — the full document is in custody and is the controlling text. • DEPENDENCY COURT FACILITATORS WHEREAS, the State of Florida recently entered in to a contract whereby the Families First Network (FFN) (a unit of the Baptist Regional Hospital Facilities of Northwest Florida) shall perform certain services formerly provided by the Department of Children and Families (DCF) in Juvenile Dependency cases in Okaloosa County. • It is, therefore, ORDERED that the Clerk of Circuit Court shall permit the Dependency Court Facilitators to have open access to any and all dependency court records, including any related delinquency and consolidated case records. • The Clerk shall also permit the Facilitators to make copies of any portions of those files deemed necessary by said Facilitators in the course of his/her work. • Each Facilitator will have received full instruction regarding confidentiality requirements in handling dependency records, and further instructed that these records and/or copies shall not be removed from the premises of the courthouse facility in which they are assigned.
