Good faith cooperation is expected from all parties. If after three (3) attempts on separate days to coordinate a hearing, counsel/party does not cooperate or respond, the requesting party may unilaterally set a hearing giving at least two weeks’ notice to the opposing party. Efforts to coordinate the hearing must be noted on the Notice of Hearing.

When counsel is asked to prepare an order after a hearing, it must be drafted and circulated to opposing counsel within three working days and submitted to the Court within seven days of the hearing.
