ALL proposed orders are to be submitted through the Florida Courts ePortal, by way of the “Proposed Order” function and selecting Santa Rosa in the drop-down list and selecting the correct Judge. Proposed orders must be in MS Word Format. Judge Warrick does not require a cover letter. Document should be titled the same as the title of the order you are submitting. It is not necessary to include “proposed” in the title.
