Unlock free →ALL proposed orders are to be submitted through the Florida Courts ePortal, by way of the “Proposed Order” function and selecting Santa Rosa in the drop-down list and selecting the correct Judge. Proposed orders must be in MS Word Format. Judge Warrick does not require a cover letter. Document should be titled the same as the title of the order you are submitting. It is not necessary to include “proposed” in the title. In the event a proposed order has an exhibit or other attachment that can’t be accomplished using MS Word, you may email the order directly to the judicial assistant at

Division AO requires proposed orders to be submitted in Word format through the 15th Circuit Online Services System. Orders submitted online do not need a date or signature line.
