All contested evidentiary hearings lasting 30 minutes or longer are scheduled as IN-PERSON hearings. All participants MUST appear in person unless there is a signed order granting a virtual appearance for each hearing. All motions and proposed orders for virtual appearances must be received no later than three (3) days prior to the scheduled hearing date.
