a. Evidentiary hearings shall be held in-person, absent good cause shown and a motion filed. Non-jury trials and hearings where all defendants have been defaulted, although evidentiary in nature, may be held remotely using communication technology (Microsoft Teams) provided all trial exhibits are pre-marked and received by the court prior to the trial or hearing.
