Verbatim from Cynamon, Abby's page, harvested 2026-08-02; whitespace normalised only. • For cases filed BEFORE APRIL 30, 2021, you MUST submit CASE MANAGEMENT REPORT AND ORDER via CourtMAP under Proposed Orders. • DO NOT submit a Case Management Report and Order if: 1. • Pro Se Litigants are required to file documents through the e-filing portal https://www.jud11.flcourts.org/Florida-Courts-eFiling-Portal . • A copy of the motion and notice of hearing must be submitted through Courtmap within two (2) business days prior to the hearing date. • The filed motion and all documents in support must be attached when the hearing is scheduled. • You must still prepare, file and serve a Notice of Hearing. • Motions for default must be submitted with proof of service, affidavit of diligent search and proof of publication (where service is by publication) and non-military affidavit(s). • A copy of the Motion and Notice of hearing must be submitted through E-file. • Copy of the motion and notice must be submitted through CourtMAP within two (2) business days prior to the hearing date. • DO NOT SUBMIT PROPOSED ORDERS THROUGH COURTMAP PRIOR TO HEARING. • Notices of Cancellation- Hearings must be cancelled on CourtMAP and a notice of cancellation must also be e-filed. • Original Notes must be mailed to the clerks office at least 1 week before the trial. • ALL proposed Orders MUST be submitted in WORD format on the CourtMAP pre-generated blank Order form and must be accompanied with a motion and supporting documents or a letter of explanation. • The moving party MUST coordinate the date/time with opposing counsel based on the Court's availability (found on courtMAP) and shall submit a copy of the filed motion along with the Court's Request for Special Set form via courtMAP when selecting the proposed hearing date for the Court's approval (a notice of hearing SHOULD NOT accompany the submission). • You must submit the completed Special Set Hearing Request Form and the motion(s), exhibits, affidavits, transcripts, legal authority, etc., via courtMAP. • Responses and any other Supporting Documents must be timely uploaded via courtMAP to the appropriately scheduled hearing no later than seven (7) business days prior to the hearing date. • If the hearing is canceled, the NOC must be filed with the Clerk's office.
