Verbatim from Glick, Stacy D.'s page, harvested 2026-08-02; whitespace normalised only. • * EMAILS/PHYSICAL ADDRESSES - All parties must keep their email addresses and physical addresses correct/updated with the Clerk's Office in writing (Notice of Designating Primary Address/Email Form) electronically filed (e-filed) to the Clerk's Office via myflcourtaccess.com. • * ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE ("AI") It must state at the beginning or at the end of the motion that the party has used AI to draft or assist in drafting their motion. • Emergency Motions are to be e-filed and MUST be submitted via CourtMAP (cmap.jud11.flcourts.org) under "Emergencies" for the Court's review. • Once the emergency motion has been filed with the Clerk, you MUST upload the motion in CourtMAP (cmap.jud11.flcourts.org) under "emergencies" for the Court's review and contact the Judge's Staff at 305-349-6110/6111 for further instructions. • Any motion scheduled must first be e-filed and you must include the index number . • The hearing date MUST be agreed to by the opposin g party and then to be set in CourtMAP along with supporting documents: motion and notice of hearing; • ALL PARTIES MUST ATTEND MEDIATION PRIOR TO TRIAL, if the case has not been mediated, c ontact the Judge's Staff for a Referral to Mediation. • Financial Affidavits must be filed prior to the Referral for Mediation being entered. • Exhibits and Pretrial catalogues are to be e-filed or filed in person with the Clerk and in the Court docket at least 7 days prior to the trial, the Court does not need copies. • When both sides can't agree on an order - DO NOT SUBMIT THE ORDER IN COURTMAP, submit both orders via email with letters detailing the differences to the Judicial Assistant at jhernandez@jud11.flcourts.org. • Motions for Continuance of hearings, or any other motions pertaining to hearings set before the General Magistrate or Hearing Officer must be addressed with their office. • All proposed Reports and Recommendations of the General Magistrate/Hearing Officer and proposed Orders Ratifying the Reports and Recommendations of the General Magistrate/Hearing Officer must be sent directly to the assigned General Magistrate/Hearing Officer. • The motions are to be e-filed and scheduled in CourtMAP under "Special Sets" and MUST include the index number and/or the filing date of the motion. • The hearing date and time MUST be coordinated with the opposing side before scheduling.
