Verbatim from Gonzalez-Meyer, Gloria's page, harvested 2026-08-02; whitespace normalised only. • To participate by video, you must click on the weblink you received in the email invitation at the time your hearing is scheduled or call the phone listed in the invitation to participate by phone. • You do not need to download anything or set up an account in order for you to participate in a zoom hearing. • Video appearance is required for any participant whose testimony is necessary so the judge can administer the oath. • All hearings MUST be coordinated with opposing counsel. • Your Motion MUST be filed through the E-Portal before scheduling it for Hearing. • If your case DOES NOT involve attorneys for all parties, then the hearings must be set through the Judge's Office. • Please DO NOT schedule these motions on Motion Calendar as they WILL NOT be heard and will be taken off the Motion Calendar. • All motions and notices of hearing MUST be E-Filed through E-Portal by the movant party, no later than five(5) business days before the scheduled hearing date. • Setting parties must notify all parties of interest and confirm their attendance. • Notices of cancellation shall be E-Filed through E-Portal and MUST be CANCELLED in CourtMAP as soon as you are aware the hearing is not going forward. • The Motion attached to the Proposed Order must be filed with Clerk prior to uploading any proposed orders. • PLEASE NOTE: sending documents with proposed orders DO NOT get efiled by the Clerk. • Unless instructed by the Court to do so, please do not submit proposed orders via mail or e-mail to Chambers. • You must contact the Judicial Assistant at (305) 569-2506 to obtain Special Set hearing dates and times. • Notices of cancellation must be filed, and movant party must notify the Judge's office immediately.
