Verbatim from Martinez, Lizzet's page, harvested 2026-08-02; whitespace normalised only. • - Any and all scheduled Hearing supporting documentation must be submitted to the Judge no later than 48 hours prior to the hearing ONLY through Court MAP. • - ALL Hearings are Open and you are required to go to Court Map and schedule all hearings. • If you do not have access to cancel, please contact chambers and the hearing will be removed from the calendar. • For Pre-trial Conferences, if there is NON-SERVICE on a case, Plaintiff Attorney MUST BE present and/or file for continuance along with a Proposed order in CourtMaps. • The following shall be done at least ten (10) days prior to trial of above cause unless previously ordered by this Court. • (a) All exhibits to be offered in evidence at trial, except those used for an impeachment, shall be provided to opposing counsel/party for examination and initialing. • (b) The names and addresses of all witnesses except those used for impeachment, shall be furnished to opposing counsel in writing together with a statement of the general nature of the testimony of each witness, and a copy thereof in this cause. • (c) All discovery proceedings shall have been completed and all pretrial motions heard. • Counsel shall notify the Court immediately in the event of settlement and submit a Stipulation for Settlement and Order of Dismissal. • All Pleadings must be filed in the Clerk’s Office with copies to all parties. • - Proposed Orders should ONLY be submitted through Court MAP and MUST include ALL PARTIES information typed into the Service list field in Court Map for Electronic Service or the Order will be rejected by the Court. • Any and all EX-PARTE Orders MUST INCLUDE THE Certification in previous filed MOTION as Required by Rule 1.380(a) (2) of attempt to Confer on discovery. • Any and all scheduled Hearing supporting documentation needs to be submitted to the Judge no later than 48 hours prior to the hearings ONLY THROUGH COURTMAP. • ALL HEARINGS ARE OPEN AND YOU ARE REQUIRED TO GO TO COURTMAP AND SCHEDULE ALL HEARINGS. • Please do not send any Notice of Hearing indicating Zoom access without first receiving the Court's approval for Zoom. • If you need to cancel the hearing, you MUST do so in CourtMAP and courtesy copy is not required. • Please DO NOT issue a Notice of Hearing indicating Zoom access without first receiving the Court's approval for Zoom.
