Verbatim from Rodriguez-Fonts, Oscar's page, harvested 2026-08-02; whitespace normalised only. • To participate by video, you must click on the weblink you received in the email invitation at the time your hearing is scheduled or call the phone number listed in the invitation to participate by phone. • You do not need to download anything or set up an account in order for you to participate in a zoom hearing. • If your email is not registered with the case, you must contact the Judge’s Chambers at (305) 349-5681 or email ilperez@jud11.flcourts.org to obtain the Zoom meeting ID. • If you need to set a Motion to Set Aside or Vacate an Order to Dismiss, you must set your motion on the Motion Calendar and file a Notice of Hearing. • All parties must also register with the CourtMap system to view the case and submit required evidence or additional documents. • In order to create a CourtMAP account, you must first register with the State of Florida’s E-Filing Portal for the case in which you are a self-represented litigant. • The notice of hearing must be filed with the Clerk at least 7 business days prior to the hearing, not including the day of the hearing. • IF THE OPPOSING PARTY IS NOT REGISTERED FOR COURTMAP YOU MUST GENERATE YOUR OWN NOTICE WITH THE CERTIFICATE OF SERVICE AND ZOOM MEETING ID IF THE HEARING IS VIA ZOOM AND MAIL IT TO THE OPPOSING PARTY. • The moving party must file a notice of cancellation and then cancel the hearing through CourtMAP. • Financial Affidavits MUST be filed prior to any referrals to mediation being entered. • Once the Mediator’s report has been filed, you must file a Notice for Trial through the e-portal or with the clerk’s office. • The motion and supporting documents must be uploaded to "Supporting Documents". • Agreed orders must state "Agreed" in the title of the order, and the body of the order must state that the parties agree to the form and content of the order. • Movant, [INSERT MOVANT'S NAME], shall mail a copy of this order to [INSERT CLIENT'S NAME] forthwith. 3. • Retain new counsel and have that counsel file a written appearance with the Clerk of the Court, which notice of appearance must include the Florida Bar number and email address; • In the interim, [INSERT CLIENT'S NAME] is required to comply with notices requiring [INSERT CLIENT’S NAME] appearance in court. • Any settings that do not include the motion and request for hearing with the e-file stamp will be rejected. • PLEASE DO NOT NOTICE YOUR HEARINGS UNLESS YOU HAVE RECEIVED THE CONFIRMATION THAT THE HEARING IS SET. • IF THE OPPOSING PARTY IS NOT REGISTERED FOR COURTMAP, YOU MUST GENERATE YOUR OWN NOTICE WITH THE CERTIFICATE OF SERVICE AND ZOOM MEETING ID AND MAIL IT TO THE OPPOSING PARTY. • If you reach a resolution after a hearing has been scheduled, the party that requested the hearing must, IMMEDIATELY UPON REACHING A RESOLUTION, file a Notice of Cancellation with the Clerk or thru E-Portal AND CALL CHAMBERS to remove the matter from calendar. • A copy of the Petitioner’s and/or Counter Petitioner’s valid Driver’s License, Florida State ID, or Voter’s Registration Card (must be current) h. • If you do not wish to file a driver’s license in the court file, attach it as a supporting document when you upload the Final Judgment.
