• NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that unless otherwise exempted or ordered by the Court, every defendant placed on felony probation or community control by a judge of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit shall pay the sum of $50 per month for the cost of Department of Corrections supervision for probation and/or community control, plus the applicable surcharge.
