Verbatim from the operative section of https://www.jud12.flcourts.org/Portals/0/AdminOrders/Section12/11-09-12.pdf, harvested 2026-08-02; whitespace normalised only. • THEREFORE, this Order shall provide for the substitution of the Office of the Attorney General as legal counsel as the program/prosecuting attorney for the Department of Revenue, Child Support Enforcement for Sarasota County in each and every existing lawsuit currently being prosecuted by the Law Office of Steven P. • Johnson, 7282 55th Avenue East, #149, Bradenton, Florida 34203, phone (941) 753-5386, is granted leave to withdraw from and shall have no further obligation to appear as counsel of record for the State of Florida, Department of Revenue, Child Support Enforcement, in and for all existing lawsuits currently being prosecuted by and/or monitored by the Department of Revenue as the Title IV-D agency. • THUS, pursuant to this Administrative Order, there shall be no necessity to file an order substituting legal counsel in each individual Title IV-D matter pending before this Court.
