Verbatim from the operative section of https://www.jud12.flcourts.org/Portals/0/AdminOrders/Section03/11-3-3.pdf, harvested 2026-08-02; whitespace normalised only. • It shall be a condition precedent for entry into the Pre-trial Services Program that arrestees approved by the court as eligible for the Program sign the Pretrial Services Rules and Regulations Agreement before their release by the Sarasota Sheriffs Office. 2. • An arrestee who advises the court of an intent to accept the conditions of the Program, but whom after first appearance hearing later declines to sign the Pretrial Services Rules and Regulations Agreement shall be held without bond in custody until the next first appearance hearing, at which time the judge shall conduct the appropriate bond review.
