Verbatim from the operative section of https://www.jud12.flcourts.org/Portals/0/AdminOrders/Section08/16-11-8.pdf, harvested 2026-08-02; whitespace normalised only. • In such event, the person accused of a misdemeanor offense shall be processed and released on his or her own recognizance and noticed to appear at the next available juvenile detention hearing before the assigned juvenile division judge. • If the underlying charge in the pickup order is for a felony offense alleged to have occurred while the defendant was a minor, the defendant shall be housed as an adult by the respective county jail and transported to the next available juvenile detention hearing. • In no event shall a person with an outstanding arrest warrant for an adult charge be released pursuant to this order.
