Unlock free →Defendants who are not in custody shall be physically present in the courtroom (not via Zoom) for the following matters: plea conferences, arraignments, calendar calls, motion hearings, and trials, as well as other matters in which the Judge has specifically ordered the Defendant to be physically present in Court.
