Unlock free →MOTION HEARING (5-10 MINUTE): At the time of scheduling a hearing, the motion must be filed with the Clerk, a copy sent to the Judicial Assistant and a copy having previously provided to opposing counsel. These motions are generally heard Monday – Friday mornings commencing at 8:30 a.m. They shall be set with the Judicial Assistant. These hearings must be limited to matters which can be heard in five (5) or ten (10) minutes. The party requesting the hearing shall coordinate with the opposing counsel prior to setting the hearing. The moving party shall prepare a notice and email a copy of the notice to opposing counsel and the Judicial Assistant. A motion shall not be heard without notice of hearing to the opposing counsel. If the matter is resolved prior to the scheduled hearing date, please cancel the hearing by contacting the Judicial Assistant and opposing counsel.
