ARRAIGNMENTS: Arraignments are set on the morning docket. Each docket starts at 9:30 A.M. Arraignments are set by the Clerk. The Clerk will notify the parties of the date and time of the arraignment. If a written plea of not guilty and demand for discovery has been previously filed, the parties and Counsel do NOT need to appear for an arraignment. At the arraignment, upon receipt of a written plea of not guilty, the matter will be set for the Calendar Call.

Two consecutive fetches of the same Google Doc URL return DIFFERENT bytes — Google injects per-request session config — so the document_sha256 recorded here pins one render, not a stable identity, and content-hash change detection does not work on this vein. Re-verified live 2026-07-24 by text presence instead: six sampled documents still carried 100%, 100%, 100%, 91%, 100% and 100% of their published requirements.
