AGREED MOTIONS: All agreed motions must specifically state that the matter has been agreed to by the parties. An agreed motion does not need to be scheduled for hearing unless the Court deems it necessary. The motions must contain the language, “Agreed Motion” in it’s heading. It shall be submitted to the Judicial Assistance with an order containing the language “Agreed Order” in the heading.
