ZOOM: The zoom link for Division FY will be available for status hearings. Status hearings are considered non-evidentiary. The Court shall not address on zoom, any request addressing a defendant’s bond status, any change in the defendant’s pretrial release requirements and any request for a counsel of record to withdraw. Zoom is not available when the defendant is in custody, counsel of record shall appear in person. Zoom is not available for hearing that are evidentiary in nature (i.e. requiring testimony being heard or other information being offered to the Court) unless the parties receive prior approval of Court.
