Special set hearings are generally set Monday – Friday commencing at 1:30 p.m. At the time of scheduling, the motion must be filed with the Clerk, a copy sent to the Judicial Assistant and a copy having been previously provided to opposing counsel. The moving party shall notify the Judicial Assistant as to the estimated amount of time needed to complete the hearing.
