Unlock free →Except for hearings in the Court’s Domestic Violence Division, for all evidentiary hearings requiring witness testimony or exhibits, the parties shall file with the Court and exchange with the opposing counsel/party their witness lists, exhibit lists, and copies of all exhibits no less than five (5) business days prior to the hearing. Failure to comply may result in the Court striking any witness or exhibit not timely filed with the Court and exchanged with the opposing counsel/party.
