Unlock free →(5-10 MINUTE) MOTION HEARING: These motions shall be heard Monday – Thursday mornings commencing at 9:30 a.m. They shall be set with the Judicial Assistant. Motions shall be heard on a first-come-first-served basis. These hearings should generally be limited to matters which can be heard within five – ten (5-10) minutes. The party requesting the hearing shall coordinate with the opposing counsel prior to setting the hearing. The moving party shall prepare a notice and email the Judicial Assistant a copy of the notice of hearing. A matter set for hearing shall not be heard without a notice of hearing to the opposing counsel. Please cancel any hearings by contacting the Judicial Assistant and opposing party, if and when a matter is resolved prior to the scheduled hearing. Any parties who desire to set matters for hearing in excess of ten (10) minutes must request same from the Judicial Ass
