If the Motion to Continue is not agreed, it must be set for hearing. If a written continuance is granted, the Attorneys will be given a new calendar call date. If a written continuance is denied, the parties must appear at calendar call. The motion must be submitted no later than 2:00 p.m. the day before the scheduled calendar call date.
