All proposed exhibits (evidence) for trial or any evidentiary hearing shall be reviewed with the opposing counsel/party in advance of the scheduled trial/hearing date and pre-marked for admission with LETTERS, starting with “A.” If a party objects to any proposed exhibit, he/she shall file a motion in limine with respect to same prior to the trial/hearing date and request a court hearing in advance of the trial/hearing date from the Judicial Assistant.
