Only sentences containing mandatory language (shall, must, may not, no later than, within N) are reproduced — the full document is in custody and is the controlling text. • The Clerk of the Court is directed to take action necessary to create the new criminal division, which shall be designated as Division “J,” including adjusting computer programing and providing the personnel needed to discharge the clerk’s duties in the new criminal division. 4. • The Criminal Court Coordinator shall provide the criminal division judges, Judge McIntosh, the Clerk of the Court, the State Attorney and the Public Defender with the schedule for Division “J” including arraignment dates and docket sounding dates. 6. • The Sheriff of Seminole County shall assign security personnel to the new criminal division effective July 1, 2005, and for the docket sounding on June 16, 2005. 7. • It is the intent of this order to assign new original actions to Division “J.” The cases shall come from the three criminal division arraignment dockets. • All original actions that are set for docket sounding on the following dates shall be assigned to Division “J” and set for docket sounding on the date indicated: • Between the time of arrest and July 1, 2005, the cases shall be assigned as follows: • All motions and other matters scheduled in these cases before July 1, 2005, shall be before the judges assigned to the respective divisions listed above. 9. • These cases shall be assigned to Division “J” according to the annual general assignment order. 10. • Assignment of criminal cases in the four criminal divisions after July 1, 2005, shall be made included in the annual general assignment order.
