Only sentences containing mandatory language (shall, must, may not, no later than, within N) are reproduced — the full document is in custody and is the controlling text. • Defendants who are sentenced from the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit, including a period of probation under the supervision of the Department of Corrections, shall pay a related cost of $1.00 for each month of the probationary term. • The amount due, up to $60.00, shall be paid within the first ninety (90) days after the beginning of the probationary sentence. • Further payments, if any, shall be paid in accordance with a schedule to be established by the probation officer, if the offender agrees, or the court. 2. • Each judge in the Circuit Court of the Eighteenth Judicial -- 1 of 2 -- 2 Circuit shall make the payments set forth above a condition of all orders of probation unless the judge finds that the offender does not have the ability to pay. 3. • Payments collected under this order shall be used for the benefit of offenders under the supervision of the Department of Corrections or who have recently been released from the custody of the Department of Corrections who are not on probation in accordance with the by-laws of First Step, Inc. 4.
