Only sentences containing mandatory language (shall, must, may not, no later than, within N) are reproduced — the full document is in custody and is the controlling text. • WHEREAS, pursuant to Florida Statute 775.15(2)(d), non-criminal infractions must be commenced within one year of the violation. • When a violator has failed to make an election, the Clerk shall schedule the case for an infraction hearing before the assigned county court judge. 2. • The clerk shall dismiss any charges and waive any outstanding monetary and non- monetary obligations on pending cases older than one (1) year from the offense date.
