Only sentences containing mandatory language (shall, must, may not, no later than, within N) are reproduced — the full document is in custody and is the controlling text. • WHEREAS F.R.C.P 1.490(d) provides that every master shall perform all duties that pertain to the office according to the practice in chancery and under the direction of the Court; and WHEREAS, by F.S. 61.181(5), the central governmental depository enforcement system shall be provided with sufficient legal and other professional, clerical and stenographic assistance as deemed necessary by the chief judge and as approved by the governing body of the court; • IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED: -- 1 of 2 -- That the Clerk of this Court shall provide for and furnish the Domestic Relations Commissioner with a trial clerk, when requested by the Domestic Relations Commissioner, to attend the hearings where the Commissioner acts in his capacity as special master or Commissioner, to assist in the conducting of such hearings, and to provide minutes as the records for the proceedings.
