LUCIE COUNTIES, FLORIDA AMENDED ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER 2014- 10 RE: 2014/2015 TEEN COURT AND MEDIATION BUDGETS WHEREAS Senate Bill2962 of the 2004 Legislative Session allowed for the circuit and counties to continue to use accumulated Teen Court Trust Fund money and Mediation Trust Fund money until it is depleted, and; WHEREAS Indian River County and Okeechobee County collect fees for Teen Court and juvenile programs pursuant to s. 939.185(1)(a)4., Martin County collects fees for juvenile · programs pursuant to s. 939.185(1)(a)l. and s. 939.185(1)(a)4., and St. Lucie County collects fees for Teen Court and juvenile programs pursuant to s. 939.19, and; WHEREAS it is the intent of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit to continue to operate Teen Court, Civil Citation and juvenile programs, and; WHEREAS it is the intent of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit to continue to provide mediation service in small claims proceedings, and; In accordance with the power and authority vested in the Chief Judge pursuant to Rule 2.215, Florida Rules of Judicial Administration, It is therefore Ordered: 1. The Clerks of Court for Indian River and Okeechobee Counties shall issue a check in the following amounts from their respective funds pursuant to s. 939.185(1)(a)4., F.S .. The Clerk of Court for St. Lucie County shall issue a check in the following amount from funds pursuant to s. 939.19, F.S., and the Clerk of Court for Martin County shall issue a check in the following amount from funds pursuant to s. 939.185(1)(a)l., F.S ..
