Mullins is hereby appointed as Child Support Enforcement Hearing Officer for the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida, to hear any and all matters referred to a child support enforcement hearing officer in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Such appointment shall take effect on January 6, 2017.
