PROPOSED ORDERS • WHEREAS, the orderly administration of justice within the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida requires that administrative orders be reviewed and that out -of-date administrative orders be vacated and set aside; • NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the authority conferred by Florida Rule of Judicial Administration 2.215, it is ORDERED as follows : Administrative Order 1993 -09, and all amendments thereto, Prioritizing Restitution and Local Government Payments in Criminal Cases, is hereby vacated.
