PROPOSED ORDERS • WHEREAS, the orderly administration of justice within the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida requires that administrative orders be reviewed and that out -of-date administrative orders be vacated and set aside; • NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the authority conferred by Florida Rule of Judicial Administration 2.215, it is ORDERED as follows : Administrative Order 2000 -15, and all amendments thereto, pertaining to Court Costs in Addition to Fines in Boating Infraction Cases , is hereby vacated.
