PROPOSED ORDERS • ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER 2022-01 (Superseding Administrative Order 2019-03) • WHEREAS Administrative Order 2019- 03 initially establishing the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit’s Drug Court program is to be superseded to incorporate amendments to the Florida Statutes; • Administrative Order 2019- 03 entered April 4, 2019 is hereby superseded and vacated. CASE MANAGEMENT • Court Administration staff will facilitate the process by which a defendant is evaluated; coordinate the assessment and treatment of defendants; assist the court in managing its caseload; compile statistics; prepare the cases scheduled on the calendar; and perform other case management functions for the court and defendants as required.
