Mullins as General Magistrate / Hearing Officer for the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida Pursuant to the authority vested in me as Chief Judge of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida in accordance with Rule 2.215, Florida Rules of Judicial Administration, General Magistrate Rule 12.490, and Rule 12.491, Florida Family Law Rules of Procedure, Leatha D. Mullins is hereby appointed as General Magistrate/ Hearing Officer for the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida, to hear any and all matters referred to a general magistrate /hearing officer in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
