Pretrial Procedures and Conferences Case Management Conference and Status Conference: The Court will place the case on a Case Management Conference (CMC) once it is ready to be set for trial by an order. If a specific case management conference is requested earlier, then such request can be made via email at SLCJudge8@circuit19.org. Any party may schedule a status conference when a case requires one. Scheduling: Pretrial Motions. All pretrial motions shall be filed at least 10 days prior to trial. The motion should be e-filed with the Clerk prior to scheduling your motion.
