Verbatim from https://www.ca.cjis20.org/pdf/ao/ao_9_2.pdf, harvested 2026-07-25; whitespace normalised only. • This requirement shall not apply to per curiam af f irmances of the trial court because said af f irmances have no precedential value. • In addition, the copies of the opinions shall not be sent until after the opinions become final following issuance of a mandate from the appellate bane. • Each Clerk of the Circuit Court shall be required to prepare and send to the Administrative Office of the Courts a list of all appellate cases wherein the Court Reporter's transcript is late or extended beyond the time frame permitted by the appellate rules and a statement of when the transcript is due. • Each such report shall also be prepared on a monthly basis on or before the tenth of each month .
