Verbatim from the order, fetched live 2026-08-03; whitespace normalised only. • Law firms whose members or employees wish to provide pro bono service collectively shall first file a collective satisfaction plan with the Chief Judge’s designee on the Pro Bono Committee in accordance with Rule 4-6.1(c) of the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar. • If a plan does not involve the provision of pro bono services to the poor in a. a major case or matter involving a substantial expenditure of time and resources; or b. through a full-time community or public service staff, the Committee shall determine whether to approve the manner in which the plan proposes to provide pro bono services.
