Verbatim from the order, fetched live 2026-08-03; whitespace normalised only. • In the event any person serving in either program shall commit or be charged with the commission of any criminal offense or shall commit a material violation of the rules and regulations of the program, the Sheriff is authorized to suspend such person from the benefits of the program and detain such person as a general prisoner until the next following Advisory Hearing to which such person shall be taken. • The judge presiding at the Advisory Hearing shall have the authority, with the concurrence of the Sheriff, to reinstate such person to the benefits of the program or to order such person to be detained and taken before the judge who initially imposed sentence at the earliest possible date. • On request of the Sheriff, Criminal Administration shall contact the sentencing judge and schedule an appropriate hearing.
