Verbatim from the operative section of the order's own record page (https://circuit7.org/orders/cr-2025-028-sc/), harvested 2026-08-03; whitespace normalised only. • Regardless of a defendant’s ability to pay, if he/she fails to pay costs of supervision fees, or court-ordered costs other than restitution, the supervising officer is to report the failure to pay no later than 120 days prior to the expiration of the defendant’s term of supervision. • In either event, reports alleging a defendant’s failure to pay fees, fines, or costs must be substantiated by the supervising officer.
